Installation
Connect an MCP client to https://runikapp.com/mcp. The repository also documents a Smithery install path: npx @smithery/cli install @shabit/runik-ai.
Configuration
Authenticate with a Runik account using OAuth 2.0/2.1 with PKCE. Dynamic Client Registration is handled automatically. Legacy SSE clients can connect to https://runikapp.com/mcp/sse.
Capabilities
Runik AI is a chat-first business management platform with 40+ MCP tools and 26 industry templates. Documented capabilities include table and record management, schema inspection, views, reports, automations, template installation, and messaging integrations such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord.
Security and Limitations
Each company has its own database. Read operations work without additional confirmation, and write operations require explicit approval in the AI interface. The privacy policy says requests use HTTPS/TLS and only the minimum metadata or record data needed for a response is sent to AI providers. The embeddable chatbot is a beta feature, and some integration limits may change without notice.
