Installation

Connect an MCP-capable client to https://cars.rootz.global/mcp over JSON-RPC 2.0. No API key is required.

Configuration

Pass agent_id with tool calls to track the calling agent across multi-agent workflows. The public docs also describe an X-Agent-Id header for agent identification.

Capabilities

Search vehicle inventory, inspect vehicles and price history, look up dealers, create and read Bridge Pages, add vehicles to a session, email dealers, manage trade-ins, compare tracked vehicles, manage deal state, configure notifications, schedule visits, and submit feedback.

Limitations

The service is in ALPHA and the docs ask agents to provide feedback. The public docs describe live inventory, dealer communication, and multi-agent collaboration, but the service may evolve.
