Installation

No local package installation is documented. Use the hosted Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint at https://fakturai.de/mcp.

Configuration

Interactive MCP clients use OAuth. Automation and REST API generation use the FAKTURAI_API_KEY bearer token or X-API-Key header.

Capabilities

The documented MCP tools are generate_einvoice, validate_einvoice, and compliance_status. The service generates technically checked EN 16931 ZUGFeRD / Factur-X PDFs, validates invoices, and reports service readiness/compliance status.

Limitations

Invoice-generation requests require an API key. Validation and compliance-status checks are readable without a key. The service is hosted; no local MCP package target is documented.
