Installation

Use the hosted TextMine MCP endpoint.

Server URL: https://mcp.textmine.com/mcp Transport: Streamable HTTP

Authentication

Direct and private clients can authenticate with Authorization: Bearer tm_<key>. OAuth bearer tokens are also supported for enabled marketplace and shared-host flows. Some client-specific setup guides may use X-TextMine-Api-Key when a client cannot set the Authorization header.

Client setup

Use an MCP-compatible client that supports Streamable HTTP. For Microsoft Copilot Studio, add TextMine MCP as a Model Context Protocol tool and connect it through the guided Azure Marketplace flow.

Capabilities

Search, read, and automate TextMine documents, records, workflows, integrations, and agent tasks.

Limitations

TextMine MCP is an optional surface backed by Public API V3. Client behavior and available tools depend on the connected TextMine account, organization permissions, and the chosen auth flow. Some integrations require a specific client setup guide or adapter header.
