Skipshit

Installation

Create a Skipshit account, then add Skipshit as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT. The public site says setup takes about a minute and does not require downloads, config files, or code.

Configuration

Remote target: streamable-http:https://mcp.skipshit.com/mcp

Authentication is account-based. The public privacy policy says users generate API credentials to connect a language-model client, and the site says you authorize once during setup.

Capabilities

Searches by name or address and can return contact and property-related records, including current and prior phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, age, relatives, associates, business affiliations, liens, judgments, bankruptcies, and property records.

Limitations

U.S.-only service. Signups from the EU, UK, and EEA are blocked. The service is not a consumer reporting agency, does not support FCRA/GLBA/DPPA-regulated uses, disallows bulk acquisition or resale, and prohibits training or feeding third-party AI systems with returned data. Rate limits and account revocation may apply.
