Installation

Configuration

Remote endpoint: streamable-http:https://agent365.svc.cloud.microsoft/agents/tenants/{tenantId}/servers/mcp_TeamsServer

Prerequisites

Microsoft 365 Copilot license for each user who will use Work IQ
Appropriate Microsoft 365 base license
Access to Microsoft Entra admin center
Access to Microsoft 365 admin center
Tenant admin consent for the Work IQ / Teams MCP permissions

Capabilities

Manage Microsoft Teams chats, channels, users, and messages via Microsoft Graph.

Limitations

This is a preview feature. Microsoft states preview features have restricted functionality, are not meant for production use, and tool names and parameters may change. Admin consent is required before users in the tenant can use the server.
