Capabilities

Rick Hebert Magic is a Houston magician and mentalist booking service. The public website describes corporate event, wedding, private party, strolling close-up, stand-up show, full evening, and mind-reading booking options. Its FAQ states that Rick's booking is connected to AI assistants so an assistant can find a Houston magician, pull his packages, and send a request directly. The booking page collects event type, event date, time of day, city or venue, approximate guest count, preferred show format, special notes, contact name, email, phone, and contact preference.

Limitations and operational notes

The upstream website exposes only a remote MCP endpoint; no repository, package metadata, local install command, or documented environment variables were found. robots.txt disallows /api/ crawling. A HEAD request to /api/mcp returned 405 with Allow: POST, OPTIONS and CORS headers allowing Content-Type, Mcp-Session-Id, Mcp-Protocol-Version, and Authorization. The booking page says Rick reads requests personally and usually replies within a day; it also advises that popular dates around holidays and wedding season fill early. The FAQ says close-up magic needs no setup, while larger stand-up shows benefit from a simple sound system and microphone.
