Installation

Connect your MCP client to the hosted remote endpoint https://consumer.gencove.com/mcp/. No local package is declared in the registry import.

Configuration

Transport: streamable-http
Remote endpoint: https://consumer.gencove.com/mcp/
Authentication: Authorization header using either Bearer <OAuth access token> or Api-Key <key>

MCP Surface

The Gencove developer documentation describes access to profile information, kit listings, array-data uploads, PRS trait scores, ancestry composition, raw data downloads, and the get_genomic_variants tool. The documented genomic-variant flow accepts a sample_id from either a kit or an array-data upload.
