Capabilities

• Recall lookup against live CPSC, FDA, and NHTSA feeds.
• Counterfeit risk signal based on price and marketplace patterns.
• Combined safe_check flow.
• The MCP metadata endpoint reports the tools recall_lookup, counterfeit_risk, and safe_check.

Limitations

• Counterfeit results are risk signals, not proof of authenticity.
• Recall results link to official agency notices; SafeCheck is not the government source.
• The public site says recall feeds refresh every few hours.
