Capabilities

Cassandra returns a 0-100 recall-risk signal for a tracked product, brand, or model based on complaint velocity, acceleration, and severe-hazard share. The signal is derived from public complaint data across CPSC, openFDA, and NHTSA.

Limitations

This is a risk-triage signal, not an official recall notice. A high score does not mean a product is defective, and elevated flags often do not lead to a recall. Always verify against the relevant agency notice before acting.
