Installation

Capabilities
- Mint signed, SHA-256 content-hashed, hash-chained receipts for agent actions.
- Verify receipt authenticity and provenance.
- List an agent's receipt chain, newest first.
Limitations
issue_receiptis paid.- The server is remote and publicly hosted.
- Raw inputs and outputs are committed via hashes rather than stored directly.
