Installation

Connect your MCP client to streamable-http:https://api.datahyena.com/mcp.

Configuration

MCP authentication uses a one-time OAuth 2.1 + PKCE browser flow that grants a workspace-scoped token.
No API key is needed for the MCP remote.
If you are using the REST fallback instead of MCP, set DATAHYENA_API_KEY and send it as X-API-Key.

Capabilities

Funding rounds, acquisitions, executive moves, companies, and investors. The MCP tools mirror the public REST API and use the same response envelope.

Limitations

Usage is credit-metered and workspace-scoped. One credit is charged per returned record, rate limits apply, and access can be revoked from the dashboard.
