Installation

Use the remote MCP endpoint documented by Cotribute: https://mcp.cotribute.co.

Configuration

Remote transport: streamable-http. Authentication: OAuth 2.0 using the user's Cotribute staff account and role-scoped flow permissions. Prerequisites: an active Cotribute MCP plan enabled by a Cotribute administrator and an existing staff account with an assigned role and email login enabled.

Capabilities

Cotribute MCP Connect lets Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot query institutional origination data safely. It is read-only in v1.0, returns aggregate figures only, and exposes three tools for pipeline metrics, 30-day trends, and stalled/pending/unread alerts.

Limitations

No create, modify, or delete operations. No applicant personal information is returned. Access is scoped to the flows permitted by the user's role. Queries are logged with 7-year retention, and PII is masked by default.
