Clootrack

Installation

Clootrack MCP is a hosted streamable-http endpoint. Use an MCP-compatible client and authenticate with a Clootrack account that has access to the relevant workspace.

Configuration

Remote target: https://mcp.clootrack.com

Authentication: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC session token

Access control: role-based access controls inherited from the Clootrack platform.

Capabilities

• Generate reports
• Create tickets
• Trigger alerts
• Automate workflows
• Query structured and unstructured customer intelligence across Voice of Customer, churn prediction, price elasticity, sales effectiveness, competitor intelligence, campaign effectiveness, demand forecasting, and related datasets

Limitations

• The server is restricted to authorized Clootrack users
• Requests require a valid session token
• Clootrack states that PII is handled in the platform ingestion and analysis layers and only AI-ready data is exposed to authorized users
• The MCP layer is a secure proxy and does not introduce independent data pipelines or storage
