Capabilities

• compute_body_metrics: BMI, WHO category, estimated body fat, FFMI, waist-to-height ratio, plus optional BMR, TDEE, ideal weight, and macro targets.
• honest_picture: plain-language explanation of what BMI misses, with cited sources.
• save_measurement: save body measurements to the signed-in user's history.
• get_trends: summarize saved measurements over time.
• set_goal, get_goal, get_targets: manage goals and daily guidance.

Limitations

General wellness only, not medical advice or patient specific. Saving requires sign-in and explicit consent. Calculations store nothing; saved data is opt-in, isolated per user, and held in the EU.
