Configuration

Auth is OAuth 2.0 with Affogata as the identity provider. The setup guide provides an OAuth Client ID and says the Client Secret is delivered in the invite email/setup PDF. The sandbox guide also documents Token ID and Account ID values from the invite email for connector credentials/headers.

Capabilities

Query customer feedback data, sentiment, conversation clusters, topics, trending keywords, and use the MCP to build reports, alerts, workflows, and apps.

Limitations

Early access/beta. Access is scoped per user and governed by Affogata permissions. The MCP is read-only. Large responses can hit client size limits. The sandbox uses public-source data only.
